Acceptance
By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using Betracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License
Betracker requires a valid license key. A license grants you personal use of the software on a PC bound to your hardware ID (HWID). You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, share, or otherwise misuse the software or licensing system.
Non-transferable keys
License keys are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, trade, share, or otherwise transfer a key to another person unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.
Reselling
Unauthorized resale of Betracker licenses is not allowed. If you want to become an authorized reseller, contact us through Discord. Reseller inquiries made outside Discord may be ignored.
Payments & refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license has been purchased or delivered.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or similar reversal after receiving a license will result in that license being revoked. You will also be permanently banned from using Betracker.
Third-party services
Betracker integrates with stats.cc and Rainbow Six Siege. Your use of those products is subject to their respective terms. Betracker is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment or stats.cc. Rainbow Six Siege is a trademark of Ubisoft Entertainment. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Betracker is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including game penalties or account actions by third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
